Our Adult Functional Strength Class is training for adults in a Small Group Personal Training Model! Small Group Personal Training allows us to focus on Personal Training, with the perfect balance between personalized attention and the compelling motivation a group environment offers.
Our small group sessions maintain a minimal participant-to-trainer ratio (6:1), ensuring you receive all the dedicated attention and expert guidance you need while also benefiting from the communal energy and mutual support.

Our Small Group Training program deliberately brings together individuals of diverse fitness levels, crafting a vibrant, collaborative, and supportive workout environment.

Each session will consist of a total body workout so clients do not pick and choose between upper and lower days; in addition, research has shown that total body workouts are safer on the body, burn more calories during a workout and throughout the day, and have a longer lasting effect on health and body compositions.
Classes are 60 minutes long and are structured in this format:
