After 4-6 weeks athletes feel stronger and move better. On average athletes will see 2-4 inches on their vertical after 12 weeks.
We offer both small group and one on one training. Most of our Adult and Youth Athletes sign up for he small group program. It is more affordable and people tend to work harder when training alongside other people in the gym. The small group model is great because everyone can get individualzed attention throughout the workout.
Our small group mode allows us to give everyone individualized attention to ensure the feel supported, safe, and get results. We make sure our workouts are guranteed to get each person the results they came to te gym for. No one gets lost in the background and our coaches are high level and experienced.
Twice per week is great but if you can get in total 104 sessions a year athletes will really improve. That could be 2x a week for 12 weeks, 1x a week for 12 weeks, 3x a week for 2-3 months, and then fit in the rest when you can. We do not have long term contracts. 6/7th grade athletes are ok if they train once per week as long as they are staying busy outside of the gym.
We have water on-site and a bathroom. No Shower. We do sell supplements as well.
Our Physical Prepartion classes begin at 11 years old. They are a good fit for young athletes who have goals to being better at their sport and/or extracurricular activities. For athletes 10 and younger we recommend calling and learning more about our Personal Training options. Our adult classes are great for Adult Athletes 45 and older.
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Each program is catered to the person (adult or kid). We make sure the exercises fits the person ability and their goal. Our adults and youth athletes progress from bodyweight exercises to DB/KBs, and once able to will move to a barbell of some sort. We are not a crossfit gym so the majority of our members arenot doing Olympic Lifts. Some college athletes will.
Yes! We can tailor the program to work on the exercises the athlete needs to do in order to do well on the test. Understand that this type of training should not be a one and done kind of thing after the test. Our training is geared to help athletes achieve their short term and long term goals.
