Our Adult Functional Strength Class is training for adults in a Small Group Personal Training Model! Small Group Personal Training allows us to focus on Personal Training, with the perfect balance between personalized attention and the compelling motivation a group environment offers.Our small group sessions maintain a minimal participant-to-trainer ratio (6:1), ensuring you receive all the dedicated attention and expert guidance you need while also benefiting from the communal energy and mutual support.
