What is Small Group Personal Training?

Small Group Personal Training consists of a small group environment of 5:1 athlete to coach ratio. This model allows for coaches to give your athlete individualized attention, build connection, ensure your athlete is safe during training sessions, and get the results they came for! The best part of this model is programs are custom to your athlete in order to give them the plan they need to reach their goals.

CLASS SCHEDULE

During the school year classes are Monday through Thursday 330-730 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. In the summer time classes are 12-6 pm Monday through Thursday and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. You schedule your training based on the times that work best for you and your athlete and the times can be different each week.
