Beginning June 3rd our Summer College Performance Program starts!
This 12-week program is meticulously designed to enhance your athlete's abilities in key areas crucial for success: jumping higher, building strength, accelerating faster, and minimizing the risk of injuries.
Backed by cutting-edge sports science and led by experienced coaches, this program offers a comprehensive approach to athletic development that goes beyond traditional training methods.
Here's what your athlete can expect to gain from our program:
AT FIT | STRENGTH Performance we specialize in sport performance enhancement. Our athletes see great results when training with us. We specialize in Small Group Personal Training so each class consist of no more than 6 athletes. Therefore each athlete is getting custom and individualized attention that focuses on their movement needs and goals!
Prior to the program starting all athletes will undergoe a performance evaluation. Each month athletes will test/re-test to monitor progress.
Each session will be tailored to the athletes needs. Sessions will include mobility/flexibility, athletic driven exercises, strength, and recovery.
Our coaching staff is equipped to take each athletes abilities to another level. Due to the small class size athletes will be given individualized attention to help excelerate performance.
Athletes will have two training options at the gym, 2 or 3 days a week. This wil guarantee optimal results that translate well to their sport.
This program begins June 3rd and lasts until August 18th. Athletes can train up either 2 or 3 times per week.
Sessions will be 75 minutes long where athletes will perform a series of exercises and drills to help improve mobility/flexibility, speed and power, strength, and conditioning.
Athletes will get 3 training programs through the 12 weeks that target their specific needs and goals.
After each phase athletes will be tested to see how progress is and what changes may need to be made. Due tot he class size each athlete will get individualized attention to ensure they are moving well and working their hardest.
