AVAILABLE CLASSES

At FIT | STRENGTH we offer Small Group Personal Training for Athletes and Adults. Class sizes are 5:1 (5 athletes to 1 coach) for 60 minutes long focusing on their individual needs. Programs are customized based on an initial evaluation that focuses on what the athletes goals are and how we can assist them in getting the results that take their performance to a higher level
